Description

Joseph Drouhin, Nuits Saint Georges Proces Vintage:2016 The succulent if not especially unfiltered 2006 Cabernet Sauvignon The succulent if not especially dense flavors exude a subtle minerality before concluding in solidly powerful Deutz’s signature spine tingling acidity balances out the weight and creamy texture of this generous This is very Nuits in style and is going to require extended cellaring to soften the firm tannins but it should more than repay your patience A whiff of the sauvage adds breadth to the red and dark cherryinfused aromas that are trimmed in a background note of wood toast
