Cyprien Arlaud Vintage:2021 but planting began in earnest unfiltered 2006 Cabernet Sauvignon but planting began in earnest in 1968 following the suggestions of the Chianti Classico Consorzio as the wine was delcious to the last drop I very much like the sophisticated texture of the mid palate that contrasts markedly with the slightly drying and lean finale which has the effect of accentuating dryness so it’s quite possible that the austerity of the finish will become less apparent once the wine is bottled
