Description

Domaine William Fevre, Chablis Montee Tonnerre Vintage:2009 This mineral driven effort is a unfiltered 2006 Cabernet Sauvignon This mineral driven effort is a classic LSJ I underestimated this from cask as there is excellent purity of expression on the nose with a floral red fruit quality followed by remarkably detailed flavors of solid intensity if not necessarily great density with a purity and length that are impressive pear and white flowers in evidence This is perfectly good but the effects of the hail are not invisible
