Description

Berthaut Gerbet, Gevrey Chambertin Lavaut St Jacques Size:3x750ml This is elegant and seems unfiltered 2006 Cabernet Sauvignon This is elegant and seems to have the austerity of a very balanced vintage It has light (where things grow in abundance) and shade (where lichen and undergrowth rule) earth and a hint of wet stone The stony character of the nose is picked up by the delicious middle weight flavors though the finish is somewhat drying though the abundant gas makes this difficult to read
