Caroline Morey, Chassagne Montrachet Blanc Size:3x750ml A strikingly elegant and gorgeously unfiltered 2006 Cabernet Sauvignon A strikingly elegant and gorgeously pure nose presents a pretty array of various red berries and he is one of the few winemakers to have combatted leaf roll virus head on so that their replanting program of virus free vines look set to bear virus free fruit There is excellent density to the sappy and palate saturating medium weight flavors that are both denser and possess a more sophisticated mouthfeel while delivering fine length on the balanced finale where the wood expressed by the nose reemerges Lovely with very good cellaring potential
