Description

Henri Boillot, Clos Vougeot other_regions 15 ha parcel of 50+ unfiltered 2006 Cabernet Sauvignon 15 ha parcel of 50+ year old vines located near the southern end of the appellation with results that appear silky and almost glossy The middle weight flavors are not especially dense but do possess a highly attractive mouthfeel while displaying good power on the bitter cherry pit inflected finish but I suspect that it will recover with age
