Description

Croix, Beaune Rouge other_regions_australia The wine exhibits depth and unfiltered 2006 Cabernet Sauvignon The wine exhibits depth and persistence with generous tones of barbecue smoke The dry finish holds this back a little There is a bit more volume to the delicious medium weight flavors that flash a hint of minerality on the more complex but not more persistent finish as there is just a hint of edginess The edginess may dissipate with a year or two of bottle age but at present this is not materially more interesting than the Bourgogne
